The spot was larger a few days ago. I gave him a flea and tick and treatment along with the spot appears to be smaller now. He licks the spot all of the time, and I’m not certain what the symptoms are for a dog. Could it have been a tick as well as the head is still in there? I don’t see a red ring around the region but it is a little white.
